A 40% deposit of your estimated quote is required to secure your booking.
Full deposit policy and accepted payment methods are included in the Deposit & Consent form, which will be sent after I respond to your inquiry and we’ve discussed all details.

⟡ Darling Insurance ⟡
All work done by yours truly will have lifetime coverage. There is no time frame to receive complimentary touch-ups. You may return anytime, within reason, to refresh your artwork.
Multiple pieces can be touched-up at once
Can be done alongside appointment for new tattoo.
Does not include addition of new colors or details.

Prices
Final pricing is open to fluctuations. Exact amount will be clearly stated once the final draft design is completed and sent to you.
Deposit
Is non-refundable and non-transferable. Goes toward your final total.
Reschedule
One reschedule is allowed with 24 hour notice in advance. Less than 24 hour notice will result in cancellation and deposit forfeit.
Cancellation
All deposits are final. Any type of cancellation is a forfeit of deposit.
Late & No Shows
If late, please communicate. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and deposit forfeit. Late arrivals may be accommodated only if schedule allows. At 15 minutes appointment may be cancelled. Chronic lateness may result in denial of future appointments. No shows will not be rebooked.
Touch-Ups
If your piece is not eligible for insurance (aka not done by me), touch-ups will start at $30 and up depending on size and details.
Finger/Hand Disclaimer
Finger and hand tattoos are known to fade more quickly and may not retain ink as well. If you are not local and unable to attend touch-ups, I may not accept your booking request, as refunds are not offered.
Custom Design Process
For large or multi-session projects, I’ll provide updates as the design progresses. For smaller projects, designs are shared 1–2 days before your appointment. Early previews may be requested but aren’t guaranteed.
Guests
One or two guests are permittable. Please have them be respectful of ongoing appointments and aware of how long they will be waiting for.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued after service under any circumstances. If any issues arise, please contact me and we will work to address them.
